Responsibility
- A full-time Administrator is required to join a Mortgage Department within a successful and rapidly expanding Financial Services Company in Stafford
- the ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an mortgage administrator, however this is not essential
- processing mortgage and life insurance applications
- researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products
- drafting advice reports
- communicating the progress of the applications to clients
- proactively progressing individual cases from mortgage application through to completion
- contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment, virtually via Teams/Zoom or in the business premises
Requirements
- exceptional customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- must be able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to adhere to set deadlines
- experience of mortgages and insurance is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
