I can't believe the mess my roof was left in after work done from this. I had paid to have the chimney removed as water ingress was getting into the roof. He come looked at it and advised on the job needed. Paid when the work was completed and thought it was all fine as the weather got drier. When it started raining again i noticed the water was still getting in but assumed it was another issue now the chimney and ridge had supposedly been fixed and water tight. I've since had another roofer out to quote who has advised the work that was done has been done to an awful standard and even included pictures to show the state of the work you can clearly see was awful! I'm now having to pay to have it all done properly again! I was shocked at the way they have smashed the tile to make it fit around the waste pipe and i was told by DSR the ridge would stoop down but it wouldn't affect the water tightness. Upon a new quote they have said this is wrong and the water will just run down into the roof! I would not recommend this company to anyone and currently in talks about taking this to a small claims court as you can clearly see the work was not done up to standard at all!

Done such an awful job and agreed to refund what i paid. Then didn't respond. I had to take it a small claims court which has now resulted in a CCJ in Sean Radfords name. He had received letters to pay what is owed by the courts and he has still ignored this so i'm currently in process of waiting for bailiffs to be appointed to recover what is owed.
