I purchased a crystal browband at Hoys from Olvossa. At the time the card machine was not working due to connection problems so I had to pay cash.
I was not given a receipt so asked what I needed to do should I need to return it. I was told that all their products had the Olvossa logo on them so it wasn't a problem.
The first time I used the browband one of the crystals was missing when I untacked my horse, this had happened whilst being ridden.
The next time two more had also dropped out presumably in the arena.
I contacted Olvossa & sent photos, only to be told it looked like my horse had rubbed it. This had certainly not happened.
Since then I have replied/ tried to get in touch with them I get an automated message saying they will be in touch or a reply saying to send the details again. This I have done on three occasions with no acknowledgement whatsoever.
This was my first & last experience with OLVOSSA I certainly will never use them again & will spread the word to all my horsey contacts.
Very disappointed.
You were not given a receipt?? It should be reported somewhere. Or at least you can try to tell them about that fact, and maybe warn them about reporting it? What do you think?
