- ● Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and KPIs
- ● Help to grow clients through email marketing by identifying their goals, creating innovative campaign strategies, setting up & launching emails
- ● Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
- ● Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
- ● Review and analyse data to ensure it is cleansed to improve engagement levels
- ● Use customer data such as web-behaviour to drive the message and content personalisation
- ● Manage and optimise all email marketing automation flows to maximise customer engagement and conversion rates
- ● Devise and conduct regular A/B testing to improve email performance, including subject lines, content, and calls-to-action and manage testing calendar
