- 1. Patient/customer journey/email list building
- respond to patient queries from a variety of sources-website, email, telephone, SMS/WhatsApp
- dr. Frances Prenna Jones Clinic is a highly successful Private Medical Aesthetics, Skincare and Wellness Clinic where the emphasis is on a truly exceptional customer experience. Most of our patients have been with our Clinic for many years
- you will be responsible for the whole customer journey from start to finish, ensuring our patients have a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish and beyond.- I cannot emphasise enough how pivotal your role will be
- follow up on appointments by sending out information leaflets, treatment summaries, future appointments, and treatment plans, answering patient questions where possible and receiving feedback
