Requirements
- knowledge of engineering quotas, pricing, and relevant professional knowledge. Understanding of market prices for engineering materials, with strong cost analysis capabilities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in using Glodon budget and graphical calculation software, familiar with current quotas, lists, and standard contract texts
- highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- proficient in office software, especially spreadsheets
- outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities
- at least five years of relevant work experience, or experience in the pre-settlement of ten complete projects. Experience in a cost consulting company is a plus
- project Manager: 5 years
Responsibility
- monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- represent the company’s interests and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- maintain and optimize the company's relationships with government entities, ensuring stable and smooth communication channels with relevant departments
- oversee the review of progress payments and settlement of internal subcontractors
- manage the performance evaluation of contracts and the compilation and archiving of evaluation materials
