- doyle Machinery Limited, based in Maidenhead are Dealers for Worldwide brands such as Arjes, Magni Tele Handlers, Willibald and many more. We provide Machinery sales, parts, service, and customer care across the UK and ROI
- maintaining stock levels and logging items
- we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with industry knowledge to become a member of the team within the Service Department. Full training and support will be provided
- administrative tasks
- potential use and training on CRM platform
- sourcing, packing, and processing orders to customers for delivery/collection – you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding level of service to both the colleagues you work with and the customers you serve
- you will have the responsibility for not only sourcing machinery parts for customers and the workshop vehicles, but also identifying how customer requirements can be met, and building solid customer and colleague relationships
- assisting the daily running of the department, this may include but not limited to, customer liaising regarding engineer works, invoicing, quotations for works to be carried out and warranty applications
