  • part Time Administrator
  • monday Friday, 25 Hours per week
  • downside School has a vacancy for an administrator to undertake all aspects of administration within our Health Centre
  • working as part of friendly and supportive team, this is a busy and varied role
  • we require someone with discretion, sensitivity and a methodical and meticulous work ethic
  • you must also be able to work to strict confidentiality guidelines
  • start Date: Monday 6 November 2023
  • you will be responsible for general administrative duties including ensuring that all records and files are accurately maintained, coordinating regular outpatient appointments and being the first point of contact and core link between staff, pupils, and visitors
