• you should be confident delivering a high-end bar experience, knowledge of cocktails and spirits is an advantage, but passionate individuals will be fully trained
• you will be required to work a mixture of shifts, assisting the team in serving drinks at lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as well as assisting the Bar Manager with cocktail prep
