Responsibility

  • assist the Team Leader in managing the teams performance and productivity
  • ensure that the team meet or exceeds targets
  • communicate with team members on a regular basis to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, materials and support
  • help resolve any issues which arise
  • provide regular updates to the Team Leader
  • actively look for new ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • to be knowledgeable of all functions of the team and the production process
  • operate irrigation system when required, making sure the quality of the crop is maintained
