Responsibility

  • comply with all HSE requirements
  • create, review, and maintain all Training Manuals & Step-by-Step Guides
  • be responsible for maintaining and increasing the Training revenue stream within the business
  • maintain register and status of Approved Service Agents & Training Providers
  • prepare and submit reports on business trips to Approved Service Agents and Training Providers
  • provide training reports
  • mentor new staff and external service agents for workshop tasks

Requirements

  • good standard of general education
  • previous recognised Training experience is desired
  • experience of delivering classes to multi-national & multi-cultural delegates is desired
  • oil & Gas Offshore/Onshore Industry and/or Renewable Energy Industry experience is desired
  • HSE Quality Management System
  • company Induction
  • knowledge and understanding of current best practices in assessment and verification
  • specialist Product Training
