Requirements
- at least two years’ experience of Plumbing
- sound knowledge of building practices and housing construction, maintenance and common disrepair
- awareness of relevant Health Safety issues
- recognised qualification relating to the plumbing trade
- ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- ability to use discretion and imagination in problem solving and willing to accept responsibility for own work
- ability to communicate clearly with a diverse range of clients
- plumbing: 2 years
Responsibility
- to carry out a range of plumbing repairs, bathroom installations and wetroom converstions through to completion, including tiling, in a professional manner and ensuring client satisfaction
- to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and that the organisation's Health and Safety policy and procedures are adhered to
