Requirements

  • proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar role in high-end residential projects
  • strong practical skills and willingness to be hands-on
  • experience in minor demolition and steel installation
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • valid CSCS card and relevant site qualifications preferred
  • keep daily notes, photos and records to issue to project manager
