I am highly disappointed in this garage
I booked service and MOT for my car for morning of 10/09/24
I got to the garage at 9:am, it was locked. I waited. A guy came in later and told me he works there but he does not have access to open the garage until then boss comes.
I waited till 10:45 am. The boss did not come, no instruction on whether to park the car and a safe place to keavethe key
I just wasted 1 hour 45 min of my life. I had to leave at 10:45 when there was no one to attend to me
