- existing experience in Tree Care or the Professional Work at Height Industry would be advantageous but not crucial to the role

Responsibility
- to maintain and grow our market in existing territories and to develop strategic initiatives to develop new markets and territories
- work closely with the Marketing team in order to plan and optimise sales
- schedule in-store retail visits and tradeshows to ensure the brand is always represented correctly
- spearhead the sales department for DMM Professional with a specific focus on our Tree Care market. Analyse and present weekly, monthly, and seasonal data
- new Product development. Provide market feedback to develop, in collaboration with our inhouse engineers and partners, a robust and strategic product pipeline that enables DMM to grow and expand its portfolio of successful products
