Requirements

Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced and talented Operations Manager to drive the operations team to new heights of success and join the senior management team leading the company as a whole
- you will already be an experienced manager with experience of delivering safe and financially viable services in the M&E sector. You will have a strong engineering background in heat networks, district heating, ventilation and energy management
- you will have a proven track record of leading a team of people to deliver a first-class service to our valued clients
- we expect the successful candidate to be ambitious and highly motivated to grow the business and deliver second-to-none product to our clients
- support staff, motivate and encourage and maintain the IIP ethos. Mentor as required. Review performance annually and set key performance requirements
- develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
