we are looking for an experienced and talented Operations Manager to drive the operations team to new heights of success and join the senior management team leading the company as a whole
you will already be an experienced manager with experience of delivering safe and financially viable services in the M&E sector. You will have a strong engineering background in heat networks, district heating, ventilation and energy management
you will have a proven track record of leading a team of people to deliver a first-class service to our valued clients
we expect the successful candidate to be ambitious and highly motivated to grow the business and deliver second-to-none product to our clients
support staff, motivate and encourage and maintain the IIP ethos. Mentor as required. Review performance annually and set key performance requirements
develop and implement operational policies and procedures
monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
