Responsibility
- assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles

- collaborate with other colleagues to ensure timely delivery of parts
- handle phone inquiries and respond to customer requests in a professional manner

Requirements
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is preferred but not required
- ability to work well in a team environment
