Responsibility
- engaging with our patients to help them feel welcome and relaxed at our practice
- interacting with our patients over the phone and face-to-face to their answer queries and gather patient feedback and reviews
- managing our appointment booking system to ensure it is efficient and accurate
- completing appropriate paperwork in an organised and timely manner
- be the first point of contact between our patients and the practice
- any other administrative duties as appropriate to your role
Requirements
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn
- ideally, you will have a dental or medical receptionist/administrative background and have experience in using patient record software
- if you do not have a dental or medical background, you will have experience in a patient/customer/client focused role
- you can demonstrate that you can build a rapport with patients and team members
- you are an excellent team player and able to communicate in an effective way
- you are friendly, approachable and professional
- reception or administration: 1 year
- leamington Spa, CV32 4TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
