Responsibility
- assisting the dentists/hygienists during dental procedures
- some reception/administrative duties
- decontamination room duties
- working as part of the team to ensure smooth & effective running of the practice
- ensuring and maintaining a safe, clean and productive working environment in all surgeries and ensuring that all other nursing staff are maintaining the required standards
- working closely with the Reception Team to ensure constant communication and all relevant information has been discussed
Requirements
- hold a relevant Dental Nursing qualification and be registered with GDC
- GDC registered
- be positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- NEBDN or NVQ Level 3 Qualification
- have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fully immunised for Hep B
- be comfortable working on reception
- excellent communication skills
