- creating captivating content across our social media channels which may include multimedia content, writing blogs, articles, and posts
- drive innovative, seasonal campaigns such as user-generated giveaways and competitions
- work with the marketing team to devise and deliver cohesive multi-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, blogs, website
- setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment
- monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
- analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and deliver monthly reports to the management team, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
