• work with the marketing team to devise and deliver cohesive multi-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, blogs, website
• setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment
• monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
• analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and deliver monthly reports to the management team, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
• manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
