Ordered flowers for a funeral service that never turned up on time. Dreadful experience, customer service not interested. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them for Valentine’s Day. The first time, they delivered a day late, and they’ve done the same thing again. USELESS!!! I placed my order three days ago, and who knows when the flowers will be delivered. I gave them a second chance, HUGE MISTAKE! NEVER AGAIN

they allow you to book next day delivery but don't actually deliver the next day.
