  • purchase Ledger
  • sales Ledger
  • bank payments and receipts processing
  • resolution of all queries relating to bookkeeping
  • bank and cash reconciliation
  • preparation of VAT return
  • processing of Payroll and notification of PAY and NI
  • supplier and customer reconciliations

Requirements

  • we are looking for a dynamic, detailed experienced bookkeeper to join our team
  • strong analytical and organisational skills
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • ability to manage and prioritise to ensure all deadlines are met
  • working within an accountancy firm: 3 years
  • minimum of 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping working on a portfolio of clients within a practice environment
  • the role allows for the flexibility of home working or office working and you may be required to visit client businesses to process records on site
