events coordinator
Responsibility
- this includes exhibitions, conferences, seminars, training courses, group sales meetings, company events, recruitment fairs and more
- the positions responsibilities include full logistical organisation of events, including communication with stakeholders, detailed itineraries, and budget management
- the role reports into the Group Marketing Manager and sits within the Group Marketing Team
- work with group Distributors, Resellers & System Integrators to plan, communicate, and prepare DSE/MOTORTECH input at approved local market exhibitions
- collaborate with internal staff to support and plan, communicate, and prepare internal events
- the Events Coordinator plans, manages day-to-day operations and delivers Controls & Automation Group events for Deep Sea Electronics Ltd and MOTORTECH GmbH
- collaborate with the HR team to support and plan, communicate, and prepare recruitment events
- maintain and communicate the annual event calendar for the group
Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience working in a busy office environment
- experience of working with external event companies
- ability to speak a second language - desirable
- good planning, organisational and time management skills
- strong written & verbal communication skills
