- ensure sales advisors work within strict regulatory guidance at all times
- monthly reporting on sales results and personnel performance
- ensure working practices follow strict processes and guidelines
- communicate and implement updates on products and legislation
Requirements
- minimum 2 years in a previous Sales Manager role
