Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for a Baby Unit Supervisor at our Llandudno nursery
- flexibility is critical as we have to work to meet demand
- the role is to welcome children and parents into the nursery, plan and deliver activities such as reading stories, singing songs/rhymes and dancing with the babies, crafts and outdoor play as well, and keep accurate records of daily activities, foods, nappy changes and records of achievement
- your job will be to keep the children safe at all times and provide them with comfort and warmth to provoke the feeling of a home from home
- the successful candidate will receive full on-the-job training and, during their employment, will have the opportunity to gain all the necessary childcare qualifications to undertake their role confidently, although we would prefer the ideal candidate has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Learning and Development as a minimum
- all you need to give in return is commitment, hard work, and show a passion for a career in childcare and working with babies
- although we supply hours on a rota basis , there may be times we may ask you to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business
