- working safely at all times in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation
- ensure all quality procedures are followed to ensure product is made right first time
- responsible for weighing up ingredients, using mixers & working on production line
- keep your work area, tools & supplies organized & sanitary throughout the shift
- you will be working as part of a team producing dry bakery products, performing various activities within the dry ingredients department including weighing ingredients and operating mixing equipment
- mix batches of product batter in line with the production schedule
