Responsibility

  • 6.6. Undertake other duties as deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of operations and fulfil The Salvation Army’s mission
  • 2.7. Ensure that the policies and procedures for the conduct of staff are adhered to by implementing the Salvation Army’s HR Policies and Procedures
  • 4.5. Facilitate residents to participate in recreational and development activities
  • 2.4. Where necessary, participate in investigations related to the disciplinary process where conduct, attitude or quality of work is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the home
  • 2.6. Promote active support
  • 5.2. Communicate with and complete records for residents including contributing to care plans
  • 6.3. Participate in the on call duty rota
  • 4.4. Arrange appointments and visits for residents and facilitate safe transport
