  • obtaining third-party approvals for work to be carried out
  • communicating with customers to provide updates and meet expectations
  • making arrangements for customers in breakdown/vehicle off-road situations
  • we’re looking for someone to join our Penrith dealership team as a Customer Experience Manager, supporting the Workshop Manager in delivering the very best levels of service to our customers
  • liaising with other sites to make workshop bookings for diagnostic work
  • as a Customer Experience Manager, you will be based in our purpose-built workshop and taking ownership of the administration and customer care elements of the Workshop operations
