Responsibility

  • we are now looking to expand our team and therefore require an Office Admistrator to support the General Manager
  • first point of call for organising office, administration, supplies, equipment and invoicing
  • ensure that all supplier invoices are recorded, approved, filed and paid for in a timely manner
  • liaise with the Restaurant General Manager
  • weekly meeting with the Director/Finance Manager
  • maintain a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, and retrieval
  • ensuring filing systems are maintained, remain current and records are up to date
  • complying with all H&S legislation

Requirements

  • administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years
