  • the reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times
  • you will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager

Requirements

  • previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable
  • A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential
