- you'll have autonomy to own stakeholder relationships, collaborating with them to manage the full pipeline process with excellent candidate experience
- as a member of the recruitment team, you'll play an end-to-end role in hiring the best technology sales individuals into a portfolio of heavily VC backed companies
- working closely with the CyberForce Global team you'll build 360 strategies to attract the best-in-class candidates and teams for our existing and growing customer base
- as a start-up recruitment agency with an exploding start to our journey, you'll work with the founder and team to continue growing our specialism of technology start-up recruitment and help drive expansion into other verticals in our clients' organisations
- as a founding member you'll help advice on best practice, mentoring the other recruiters to help them build their recruitment skills and knowledge of the industry
