- develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- ensure all employee contracts and related documents comply with applicable laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions
- supervise the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payments
- oversee the calculation and distribution of bonuses, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of HR-related financial data
- continuously monitor and evaluate HR processes and policies, making recommendations for improvements where necessary
- ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions
