Responsibility

  • ● Managing incoming enquiries and recording data to track client journeys
  • ● Conducting venue and accommodation tours with enthusiasm to proactively promote

  • ● Completing bookings and issuing invoices
  • ● Liaising with wedding couples to develop relationships. Organising and planning allocated events, including hosting planning meetings with clients
  • ● Liaising with approved caterers and external suppliers while maintaining friendly yet effective relationships
  • ● Preparing the venue and accommodation for upcoming events including furniture placement and the supervision of external cleaning services
  • ● Involvement in the running of the inhouse bar

Requirements
