Requirements

  • previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred
  • strong understanding of loss prevention techniques
  • certification in First Aid is advantageous
  • familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance practices is desirable
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A valid SIA licence is required for this position
  • must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibility

  • conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed
