Responsibility
- to lead an inspire the Talking therapies service, including the recruitment, induction, and retention of staff members
- you will be working closely with a full-time Senior advisor to support the overall development and delivery of the service and contribute to the overall aims of the charity
- status Employment may undertake special projects. You may be asked to assist with the development of such initiatives as required by the charity
- undertake any reasonable duties as requested by the Services manager
- liaise with the candidate’s support network
- to attend regular seniors’ meetings and brief staff of developments accordingly
- to ensure the Employment Advisor is fully briefed on each allocated candidate
