Responsibility
- interact with customers, service partners and agents to communicate and supply relevant information regarding the move
- maximise and up-sell of insurance
- liaise internally with other parts of the Crown organisation to ensure a successful move
- understand and support the resolution of any relocation issues arising for the customer
- build rapport to better understand the clients requirements
- updating relevant systems to ensure all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed relating to the move including invoicing and job costing
- adhere to the companies reply within 24 hours policy on all communications
