Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- passion for hospitality, food, and drink, with a knowledge of premium pub fare
- strong leadership and people management skills
- ensure all guests receive warm, attentive, and professional service
- ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and problem-solve
- handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
- support marketing initiatives, including social media and events
- understanding of stock control, cash handling, and cost management
