- our client requires an experienced and hands-on P.A to attend meetings and events with Director
- this is an important key post and will require an experienced, talented, energetic, confident and dynamic individual
- this role will entail Administration as well as handling other requirements should they arise
- securing and recording appointments and managing Director's Diary
- attending of meetings, conferences and events alongside the Director whilst maintaining a neutral position at all times
- organising meetings and booking appearances
- arranging and scheduling travel
- part time role and so flexibility is a must dependent on requirements
Requirements
- effective communication, delegation, negotiation, and team working skills
- flexible and adaptable to manage to change work requirements and varying volumes of work
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
- an all-round nfident and well presentable individual
- A full and clean driving licence
- the position requires a flexible attitude to work hours when required but can also work from home on quieter periods
