Requirements
- strong knowledge of audio visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems and control systems
- proficiency in computer networking and computer hardware
- basic electrical knowledge for wiring and power requirements
- ability to use hand tools for equipment installation and repair
- understanding of Ethernet networks and Cisco Routers is preferred
- excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide technical support
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
