- CRD are currently seeking to add an experienced job planner/administrative to our hard working and dedicated office team
- the role plays a crucial position in coordinating and organising our tradespersons daily workloads
- key Responsibilities
- due to recent investment and long-term contract awards, CRD Property Renovations and Reinstatements Ltd based in Rutherglen, Glasgow is experiencing a successful period of sustainable growth providing many opportunities within the company
- managing enquiries and various client inboxes to answer job requests and general emails
- CRD currently carry out multi-trade property reinstatements including void property upgrades, reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties for various Local Authorities and Housing Associations throughout the West of Scotland
- inputting new jobs to in our in-house software system ensuring the system is kept up to date daily
- planning, scheduling and booking jobs for the various trades
