  • is our fast-paced sausage facility located in Hull
  • using only the best cuts of British pork, fresh herbs and spices, Cranswick Gourmet Sausage is the UK’s leading producer of gourmet sausages, supplying major retailers and foodservice outlets alike
  • we are looking for a Mixing Shift Manager - driven individual to lead a multi skilled, multi-disciplined team in responsibility to deliver the daily production plan in the most cost-effective manner and in full compliance with current customer/brand product specifications, GMP, food hygiene and health & safety legislation
  • shift: A Shift Days; 4on 4off
  • monitor and improve overall equipment effectiveness
  • the completion of the staff daily attendance records; manage staff performance, conduct and absence

Requirements

  • able to demonstrate a high level of flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
  • level 4 Food Safety; Level 3 in H&S; IOSH Managing Safety or Cranswick equivalent
  • degree in Business Management or food related or similar
  • demonstrable knowledge and application of HACCP
