  • manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
  • staff and volunteer line management responsibilities
  • implement new business strategies and aim to exceed sales targets
  • develop and implement seasonal marketing campaigns, presentation and shop merchandising
  • maintain administrative and financial administration systems and procedures including invoice management
  • sales reporting and stock control to maximise sales and minimise risk
  • primary responsibility for weekly orders from a variety of suppliers
  • establish and maintain accurate records for ordering, stock control and pricing
