Responsibility

• oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and baristas
• develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction

• create and update drink menus, taking into consideration current trends and customer preferences
• monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• collaborate with other departments, such as food production and catering, to ensure seamless service for events and banquets

Requirements

• previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• strong knowledge of bar operations, including bartending techniques and mixology
• excellent leadership and communication skills

• knowledge of coffee preparation methods is a plus
• assistant manager experience is preferred
