Responsibility

  • regular reporting on social media and marketing performance
  • actively researching ways to grow and reach new audiences through practices including hashtag and keyword research
  • optimising the website and campaigns by implementing keywords and SEO best practice
  • assisting with planning and execution of a calendar of marketing activity to support the business
  • helping to plan and deliver a social media strategy with the objectives of growing followers, and amplifying engagement by creating and posting relevant, useful or interesting content and making connections
  • managing the approved asset library, responding to requests for images, logos and content for use in PR and third-party promotions
  • creating digital content that is relevant, inspirational and encourages engagement for all channels including social media, the website, regular CRM emails, monthly blogs for publication on the website and distribution to various database segments and other marketing collateral
  • working with colleagues and external agencies to create marketing collateral as required, e.g. postcards and leaflets
