  • assisting the management of the food hygiene practices

Requirements

  • at least a level 2 food hygiene certificate
  • held a similar role for one or more years
  • awareness of manual handling and C.O.S.S.H regulations
  • NVQ training in food desired but not essential
  • basic knowledge of the kitchen environment
