Disgusting behaviour. Didn’t reduce our rates charges thousands for a rates discount we were already entitled to and when we disputed this they sent bailiffs to a small family business. Their charge was more than the discount and nothing they had got us. They didn’t even manage to reduce the rates. Scammers stay away also the person in charge is a bully. Stay away
