Requirements
- knowledge of the regional broker market
- the ability to work independently and as part of team to deliver common goals
- have proven experience within HNW or Personal Lines insurances
- ability to negotiate and influence through the use of effective trading skills
- excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- are able to work collaboratively with other HNW teams
- strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence stakeholders and promote our wider proposition
- experience in underwriting and SME commercial products, and of working within an e-traded environment, with knowledge of the Acturis platform preferred
