you will be responsible for the smooth running of the HR function providing support on all aspects of employment
salary from £36,500 p.a. full-time , pro-rata for part-time
flexible working hours, approximately an average of 30 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days in the office
county Foods, an established Catering Butchers based in Poole, are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their busy HR department
the focus of this role is to work in partnership with the Senior Management team and all line managers within the business
the aim being to develop and deliver the Company Workforce Business Plan, which will enable the business to continue to thrive and grow
as a member of the Senior Management Team, you will enable the business to deliver its objectives by implementing people strategies which comply with UK Employment Law and additionally minimise the risk of an employee claim or prosecution
Requirements
CIPD qualified, ideally level 5 or equivalent experience
strong Leadership skills and exceptional interpersonal communication for conflict resolution plus experience in workplace investigations, absence, and disciplinary/grievance management
strong proven experience as a HR Manager, ideally within a production / factory environment
knowledge of up-to-date UK employment law and experience of HR core activities which includes overseeing all people related administration i.e
recruitment, induction, training, performance management, career development, new starter and leaver processes, contract changes and right to work checks
