salary offered will be in line with qualifications and experience
excellent attention to detail and time management
this is a varied role where no two days are the same. You must have the ability to multitask and be able to work under pressure
Responsibility
on call duties required, shared between a large team. Approximately one evening a week and one weekend every six weeks
you will need to be a confident communicator and support a staff team whilst ensuring quality support is delivered to our Service Users
ideally you will have worked in care previously, be a good administrator, and have some experience of supervising staff. However, for the right candidate, training can be provided
you will be required to visit service users at home or in the community in your region to carry out reviews, complete referrals, and to ensure we are delivering high quality care
