Responsibility

  • general laundry administration, invoicing and record keeping
  • booking appointments and providing general support to the Property Management team
  • dealing with customer queries, both face-to-face, over the phone and on e-mail
  • you will be trained to use our POS and accounting systems, although previous experience of such systems would be helpful
  • during busy periods you may also be required to assist with simple tasks within the laundry operations
